1. Blessing Awarenes & Readiness (Age 13+)
For young people who are just beginning to learn about the meaning of the Blessing and how to prepare for it in daily life.
2. Blessing Candidate
For candidates who have completed all requirements and are now ready to begin the matching process.
Use this survey to confirm your readiness, update your personal information, and help us connect you with the right opportunities for matching.
3. In Communication
For candidates who are currently communicating with a potential match.
Share updates about your experience, what you’re learning, and where you need guidance.
4. Engaged
For couples preparing together for the upcoming Blessing Ceremony.
Reflect on your communication, challenges, and readiness as you move toward receiving the Blessing.
What Happens After You Submit
- Your answers go directly to the BFD team and your Matching Supporter.
- Everything you share is kept confidential.
- We’ll use your responses to follow up, provide care, or schedule consultation when needed.
